And he only appeared in the thread after he had been pointed out as a suspect, suddenly blaming someone else. Didn't exactly help his cause. He might even have been lynched instead of me if I had had just one more "ally".

I've had some plans for a round GMed by me, (I had planned to do an Oktoberfest-themed one, but it didn't come to be) I'd have to remember, write them down and think about proper balancing firt though.

Yeah, townies not using their abilities and not voting can't really be blamed on the game balance. I agree with Schillok that this game's BO was quite strong, but again--one of our strongest, Akemi, was a traitor. :V And the townies had strong roles too, though it was bad luck for you to lose Haibara the first night. And it was bad luck that a sober Kogoro let us narrow down conia's role quite a bit and get in an extra APTX.

But if we hadn't known from the start that Yuriko was a DB, I might have been lynched the second day instead of breva. And if Commi hadn't trusted PT so much, she could have potentially done more damage to us too (though Kain already had us covered. ) I agree with Akonyl and PT that what turned it was townies being too trusting. Though again, Tequila's presence made it a lot easier on us.

Sorry, RL is about messed up at the moment and I can't predict whether or not I'll have enough time. I also forgot about some things I had planned and it would be a pretty radical departure from earlier rounds, since I was considering including changes no-one would be told about. Can't rush such things. Maybe round 18 or so.

@Eve: you didn't even play that round. Am I really the only one who liked them? Balancing should have been reconsidered, but otherwise they added an interesting twist.

They did make things interesting. But that was a big game, too, and the town won very quickly, which is the thing Schillok himself seems to be arguing against here.

imo, if POs are ever added again, they should be listed along with each role in the rules list. That was my big problem with them, that we had no way of knowing what they were, so we had no way of knowing how advantageous/disadvantageous they could be to the town/BO.

You figured out I was suspicious a little too late, though. And you still gave me information, even after, though you cut it down quite a bit after I hinted (and by "hinted", I mean "basically flat-out said) that I knew Abs. was your partner.

Gonna be honest though, if, when I asked who my potential lover was, you had told me the player rather than telling me you couldn't tell me because it was your partner, we might not have put Abs. being a DB together quite so quickly. Also, the BO wouldn't have trusted me quite as much.
