Re: Mafia Round 12 - Bear Round! (Day Two)
The only thing I really have to add to the conversation atm is that because Abs's PM to schillok looks like it contained no new information (like "and I'm gonna tell Akonyl about this too!") for anyone to corroborate, I'm not trusting it 100% because it could have been fabricated.
Anyway, he seems more suspicious than xcom at the very least, so unless something comes up I might go that way.

considering we have like, 19 players (if I'm counting right), unless there's 9 BO left (meaning there were 10 at the start), I don't see where you're coming from, here.Kleene Onigiri wrote: Is it just me or does the BO just need one more kill? D:

Silly giri calculated with the wrong number of players left in the game ;pAkonyl wrote: The only thing I really have to add to the conversation atm is that because Abs's PM to schillok looks like it contained no new information (like "and I'm gonna tell Akonyl about this too!") for anyone to corroborate, I'm not trusting it 100% because it could have been fabricated.

It is not my fault. It is exactly the PM that he sent me. Maybe someone else got the same PM?Akonyl wrote: The only thing I really have to add to the conversation atm is that because Abs's PM to schillok looks like it contained no new information (like "and I'm gonna tell Akonyl about this too!") for anyone to corroborate, I'm not trusting it 100% because it could have been fabricated.

As I said, I wasn't sure what to think of that PM either.
Seriously, I wish I had a real suspect to vote for today as well. But I have none. So if anyone else has a suspicion, it would be great to hear it.
Because lynching me would mean to kill a townie for sure.

I'm not saying you fabricated it for sure, just that it's possible. Taking the word of the person you're suspicious of without a grain of salt is pretty silly.Schillok wrote:It is not my fault. So, as it stands at the moment, who is the most suspicious target? I'm a little bit lost at the moment.

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.

Right now people are talking to lynch me. Based on that I was not able to trust Abs in one night and one day and that he was not able to do so for me either. And because I wanted to find out how Kinkhun was poisoned.Commi-Ninja wrote: So, as it stands at the moment, who is the most suspicious target? I'm a little bit lost at the moment.
I really hope someone has a real lead. As little as I want to be lynched - if another townie is lynched instead me surviving would have done little to help us.
As long as we don't figure out a real suspect all I could hope for is random voting to force the BO to reveal themselves by all voting for a particular player.
The BO have it easy - they know I am town and can try to make everyone vote for me to blend in better. However, the less townies vote for me the more the real BOs stand out when my role is revealed after my death. So if you are town, don't just vote for me. Either you have real evidence against me - in which case the whole town will want to hear about it - or you should better vote for someone else. Of course, those who are BO: Be my guest and vote for me.
Finding a real suspect would be preferred.

@Schillok:
While I kind of understand where you're coming from now - you're right, I'm still suspicious of you. I don't want to lynch a townie cause we're already down by so many versus just the one BO. You're really the only one I've got that's suspicious at the moment, though. If you can give me a really good reason not to lynch you and/or proof that you're townie, I won't lynch you today.

Re: Mafia Round 12 - Bear Round! (Day Two)
I was reading back over the phase change posts and the only thing that really stuck out for me this time around was in the one from last night:
Anybody have any thoughts on this?
My first thought was that maybe it's telling us there's a Pisco in the game. (Not necessarily that he stole the body, cause that wouldn't make sense. But maybe warning us that there's a chance that a body will be hidden in the future?)
Where did the body go/Why is it missing? Is this relevant information? (If not, then why bother pointing out that the ones from the lynching would find it odd?)However, it can be agreed that if those who attended the lynching that occurred were in the place of the officers, they would find it so very odd to find a rope (or the body tied with it) not tied around the beam of the gallows. In fact the rope, snapped in half and dampened with rainwater, was slightly bathed in blood and void of the body it had killed yesterday…
