Story Time! (The wait is over?)

"Alice, why don't you tell us the details of your case first? Perhaps we'll be able to solve it on our own..." Shin glanced at the boy and smiled at him, the kind of smile that says 'I know everything'.

"Won't you agree, young detective?"

"Me? I'm not a detective! Mr. Dus is the best detective ever!" conanedogawa142 tried not to sound resentful.

[Shin101]

"Of course he is." Shin was still smiling. 'Because of you', she silently added.

[alicetama]

"Alice, why don't you tell us the details of your case first? Perhaps we'll be able to solve it on our own..." Shin glanced at the boy and smiled at him, the kind of smile that says 'I know everything'.

"Won't you agree, young detective?"

"Ah... okay..." Alice said, her smile fading. "Well... about a day ago... when I came home from school, my mom wasn't home." She said, catching her breath. "And we were suppose to go out to eat when I came home-my parents are divorced- so I knew nothing came up at work. She would always tell me the day before hand, or if happened at the last minute, she would text me while I'm a school. So, I decided to go to the detective agency, hoping for the help- and then I saw that girl named Ninja and that guy, both saying that they have their friend and sister missing- I started to think to myself that the cases are linked, and my mother was kidnapped. I mean, c'mon, isn't 3 people disappearing at the same time a little suspicious?" She finished.

"Hmmm... it IS a little... weird." She closed her eyes and looked like she was deep in thought. "I think it's safe to say that it is not mere coincidence."

"Do you know who was the last person she talked to?"

"Where did you last see-" conanedogawa142 covered his mouth. I'll have to keep quiet for now. They seem suspicious. he thought.

[alicetama]

"Um... I think it was with my dad about the divorce papers. About a day before she disappeared, I over heard her yelling on the phone." Alice said, thinking.

[Shin101]

"That doesn't give us much." Shin turned to the boy. "If you want to say something, better spill it put now."

[ConanEdogawa142]

"It's nothing!" conanedogawa142 replied. "Nothing at all."

[alicetama]

"Well... I just wanna make one thing clear, though..." Alice said. "Even though my mom was yelling at my father, he is totally innocent! He would never do anything to harm my mom or myself... I mean, he still loves her, he was just... lonely..." Alice said, trying to hold back her crying.

Shin gave her a comforting smile and laid a hand on her shoulder. "I believe you."

"Here!" conanedogawa142 said, giving Alicetama a hankerchief from his pocket.

[alicetama]

"Thanks." Alice said smiling back at Shin. She then took the hankerchief. "Thank you, little boy."

[alicetama]

Alice wiped her eyes with the hankerchief. 'Gosh... I'm so stupidly sensitive... crying in front of a kid, and the girl I like so much..."

Shin pulled Alice towards her and gave her a hug.

I don't think we can continue this anymore, we lack characters, and unless we want to spam this story with hugs (not that I don't want to, I actually enjoy this ) I suggest we wait for others.
