Yes, it's clearly not capped. So obviously he didn't mean it as much as he meant the "I'M BO!" from last night.

And having followed the conversation all day, I can firmly say that I have nothing to contribute and I agree that all our options are iffy.  At least a few BO will probably vote. And if we randomly vote it could hide those people. But if we don't vote at all, a townie will die almost for sure. But then we might get a BO from the vote list. Either way there are disadvantages.

But Day 1 is always uncertain, and no matter what happens we'll have more info after the lynching.
