This is true, but Diplomacy, for some reason, is a bit worse than Mafia as far as resentment is concerned. There is a reason I stressed this point so much.

Glad you pointed this out.  I have played once before and it didn't go so well.  It's a game that works well with a certain type of personality, but very badly with others.  Kind of like the game 'Munchkin'.

So be friendly with Them, learn what you can, encourage him to attack Others Country, but don't trust him for a minute and keep your knife sharp!

The colours are similar, but a little different. Russia is white, neutral countries are beige. Look closely
