Qa5+ has been possible in the 12th move as well. Actually, as I might have had played b3 or the like, 0-0 was not the best move either :P

Big diference between move  12 and 13. The knight fork in guarded by your queen on move 12. On move 13 THERE IS NOT GUARD for the forked knight. I castled to Protect the king, and move the Rook to the F-file for a possible when ready P(f7)-f5 hitting one base of your pawn chain.
