Only some, the ones that are active in the prep phase, have been distributed.  The rest will be given out tomorrow night at the beginning of Night 1.  There are only a few active in the prep phase (foreigners, Sonoko, disguisers, etc.) because there is something about their role that they have to do before the game starts.

If you really want to team up then you should do it over pm and not bump an old thread with no more purpose.  Just remember that you don't know your roles yet so you or one of the others (or maybe all of you) might be BO.
