The court session seemed to go the way it usually went when Phoenix did his magic; The truth seemed to spill out as he bluffed his way through the trial. But things were different this time. There were glances coming from all around him, nervous or frightened ones, but also glares of annoyance and clear anger. Naturally Phoenix didn’t notice, he was too busy protecting the innocent to notice the dismay of many when the true culprit was sent off to jail as he jelled in anger, screaming as he proclaimed that soon Phoenix would be too busy bleeding to be defending anyone.

If only he knew how true those words were, but the ace attorney had no other option than to brush them off and go home with his two protégé attorneys. Home to celebrate with his adopted daughter another successful ending to a case. If only he knew that even home wouldn’t be safe for him, but I had no chance to warn him, no chance to save him from an almost certain death. All I could do was watch over him and hope, hope that Phoenix would be safe for at least another few hours.

Or I could warn others, others from the Fey family that could warn Phoenix in my stead. They could gather others that had the power to protect him, others that could save his life.

And so, I turned my hopes to Maya and Pearl Fey, the only ones left to stand between Phoenix and the evil he had unknowingly stepped on and was about to become part of. Let them find the ones to protect him, the ones that can stop that evil from spreading further. Once I sent my message, my role will be done, but I’ll still wait to see this story unfold.
