xcom already release the lightning storm and will reach there tomorrow!

the storm will kill all player except GM, Conia, Sebolains and sakina.

and after that the Crazy Bear with conductor's baton in her hand will show up!

I was trying to be in character and Vodka would want you dead, but not me as I am a Shiho fan

PS: It would also make a good reason why the ORG would be in the town in the first place (story wise)

It did. I worked so hard to make it sound like Haibara-san. It came out really well and had to read the post several times to make sure she didn't commit suicide.
