Edited the spoiler up there. If you want to keep the riddle, change the spoiler box to a non-spoiler option.

Well, what about this:
Warning! Some DC manga spoilers ahead! Also, the knowledge of the manga is required.
Spoiler:
Looks like Conan is suspicious about some people's actions and it seems the Detective Boys have to observe them. But there are five of the Detective Boys group and the number of the suspected people is also five. Let's split up!

DB:
Edogawa Conan,
Haibara Ai,
Tsuburaya Mitsuhiko,
Kojima Genta,
Yoshida Ayumi

Suspicious guys:
Possible Kaitou KID in disguise,
Okiya Subaru,
Burned-cheek Akai,
Jodie Saintemillion,

Masumi Sera

Which of the DB do you think should be observing which suspect and why?
It's not that well thought of. Sorry, but I'm sleepy. It's 2 AM at my place. *yawns* G'night.
Questions:
Spoiler:
How much knowledge of the DC manga exactly do we need? I only watch the anime and I don't want to spoil myself.
Spoiler:
Are the names of the DB and the suspicious guys related to the way we need to order them? example:
Okiya Subaru= Tsuburaya Mitsuhiko

O_O Only anime? You serious? That's like... woah. I mean with how manga is waaa~*insert galaxy amount of "a" here*~aaay better than the anime... Well, whatever... But if you don't read the manga - you're not going to solve this riddle. Sorry. You don't even know who that certain suspicious one is, do you?

Spoiler:
Is there any significant difference between the dc manga and anime? other than AOs. The cases are the same right?

They are - but the anime totally slows everything up - one panel can take several minutes as they try to fill the 20-something minutes episode.
Also the characters look bad (well, the art of animation is a difficult one), there are some irritating things about the voices (not just reading but actually hearing Detective Boys' stupid, pointless comments? No way!) and when reading the manga you choose when to slow down, which panel to concentrate on longer, your imagination does the sound and the animation too...

I dunno, for me anime can't even begin to compare itself with manga. The only exception I've found in my life being Lucky Star.
Seriously -_-

Anyway you gave me a clue to your riddle with that.

Significance is a relative term... And I don't think I said anything that would help you solve it... But, oh well, you can try. Although I still have my doubts concerning the last one of the suspicious people you don't know anything about.
I wonder where Kogorou is...

PM me then.
And your answer's not the one I'm seeking. Try again.

@kidSherlock - Check out Nichijou if you have some spare time. Hilarious anime, available here.

EDIT: Picture in question deleted from the signature... It was this one:
