hey i was wondering what would happen if someone aptxed the entire BO on day 1?

A player can only start one APTX attempt a day, right? So all the members would have to APTX each other.

I believe it was also stated that the BO leader can order APTXings (which surprised me because I learned this after being the leader), so the leader could just order everyone to poison themselves.
