Or "Give the Gem back" ability? Like, if you give it to the right one, he/she will know your identity? If you give it to the wrong one, he/she will know your identity too XD Maybe not so good...

Hm.... wouldn't that hinder the thief too much?

Akemi steals a gem on night 2 (get's no real info on the role. Just that the old uncle is in the game). Then night 3 she can't steal. Night 4 she can steal and in the worst scenario she could steal a gem again :V

I think the main use for Jirokichi will be that he gives Gems to people who have been stolen from before. So if the thief gets injured, the BO will be afraid of stealing from the same person again.
But what other ability could be justified with the canon?

maybe the detention should only last for 3 day as by law you can only be detained for 75 hours without seeing a court.
