So, did I catch it right that Laurell knew Kleenes role as well? Then that means one of those two is likely responsible for the poisoning (err... finding out Kleenes identity).

But it is right, stealing from their own member seems... rather pointless. So if it was true that two people stole from Abs. today it seems unlikely (but not impossible) that Abs is BO.

This leaves Laurell I guess.

If James isn't in the game, then I guess a police officer should arrest you for poisoning Kleene on day 1. If the arrest fails then you're most likely innocent.
