Because DCTP needs a mad libs thread.
In case you don't know what a Mad Lib is please see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mad_Libs
I asked the Minimafia thread for 6 characters, 2 locations, 2 items, and 2 body parts.
Akonyl chose “James Black”
Lynz chose “Okiya”
Abs. chose “Azusa” (As in the Poirot’s waitress Azusa Enomoto)
PhoenixTears chose “Yamato” (As in Nagano's Inspector Yamato Kansuke)
Grawwbear chose “Ran”
Yuriko chose “Vermouth”
Lynz chose “Café Poirot”
PhoenixTears chose “Tropical Land”
Grawwbear chose “stun-gun wristwatch”
Akonyl chose “large trout”
Grawwbear chose “leg”
Yuriko chose “heart”
And here is the final result...
It was a nice day in Café Poirot. James Black was feeling a bit bored, so he called Okiya to come over to play.
“Where should we go?” James Black asked.
“How about we go to Tropical Land.” Okiya replied.
Just as they arrived at Tropical Land they heard a terrifying scream. James Black and Okiya rushed to Tropical Land and saw something truly horrific. Someone had just been murdered! James Black and Okiya quickly ran over to the body. Azusa was lying in a pool of her own blood. Azusa had been impaled through the leg by a stun-gun wristwatch. Azusa’s heart was lying a little ways off. Standing over the body, sobbing into his bloody hands was Yamato.
Okiya quickly called an ambulance and the police while James Black went over to console Yamato. After Okiya was finished calling, he went over to have a closer look at Azusa’s body. Something was off about the scene, but before Okiya could do anything, the police arrived. Inspector Ran walked into Tropical Land.
“Not Okiya and James Black again”, Inspector Ran harrumphed to herself.
A little while later the coroner reported the results of the autopsy to Inspector Ran. James Black and Okiya gathered around to listen.
“Azusa had been beaten multiple times by a blunt object before having her heart cut off. The death was by blood loss after Azusa’s leg was impaled. The stun-gun wristwatch looks to be the murder weapon but it doesn’t quite match the wounds.”
Inspector Ran decided to question the suspect, Yamato.
“I had just arrived to see Azusa, I was dating her you see. When I arrived Azusa was…” Yamato trailed off sobbing.
“Do you have any idea who might have done this?” Inspector Ran asked.
“Wait… I know, it must have been Vermouth!” Yamato shouted angrily. “Vermouth is Azusa’s ex-girlfriend. Azusa dumped Vermouth, but Vermouth started stalking her and sent me notes saying she was going to kill me!” Yamato continued. "I was really scared…” Yamato continued sobbing.
“Well”, Inspector Ran said, “we know Yamato is innocent because there is no way he could handle a stun-gun wristwatch well enough to impale a leg.”
“That’s wrong, Inspector!” Okiya spoke up suddenly, “The murderer is definitely Yamato!”
“But how is that possible?” James Black asked.
“It’s simple, the stun-gun wristwatch is not the real murder weapon!” Okiya replied while smirking.
“WHAT!?” James Black and Inspector Ran gasped. Yamato began sweating.
“But sweetie,” Yamato said “only the stun-gun wristwatch could be the murder weapon. Nothing else has any blood on it.”
“Hey,” James Black piped up, “Where is the missing large trout? Shouldn’t there be two of them over there?”
“One of them is missing because the murderer is hiding it!” Okiya explained.
“Where is it now!?” Inspector Ran shouted.
Okiya turned dramatically and pointed to Yamato. “You hid the real murder weapon, the large trout, in your pants!”
Yamato pulled the large trout out and threw it to the ground, and then slumped to the floor in defeat.
“Azusa, that bastard! She told me she had broken up with Vermouth, but Azusa was still seeing Vermouth behind my back. She deserved to die!”
“Nice work as always Okiya!” Inspector Ran said while slapping Okiya in the back. Inspector Ran then led the screaming and wailing Yamato away in cuffs. James Black and Okiya began walking back home.
“Too bad about the case” James Black said suddenly to Okiya, “I was going to ask you out.”

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.
