I wanted to vote "yes" for the "she likes him".
But since it's mixed with "likes/loves" and the yes vote had a "of course" attached to it, I voted no ;p

There really isn't a difference if ofcourse is added. I mean if that bothers you then your probably a "maybe"? But I purposely didn't add that option because I want a sure answer.

Of course of course makes a difference. Otherwise you wouldn't use of course anyway.
Well, since you used "likes/loves" instead of just "loves".
I would have used:
She likes him.
She loves him.
She doesn't like or love him.
