Definitely Heiji. As I have arealdy said, Kaito Kid is the only character in the series I hate to death (with "hate", I mean HATE, not just "dislike").

Ever since about 10 years ago when I bought some volumes for dirt cheap (like 1,50/volume) and read the naniwa serial murder case Heiji has been my overall favourite character in DC. Kaitos first appearance is one of the best moments also, though.

I chose KID just because my crush for him is bigger than my crush for Heiji XD Still love Heiji though, and KazuHei is the cutest DC ship ever (at least in my opinion, they are)
DC has been an important part of my childhood, it's one of those shows that I watched as a kid. I begin to take DC seriously in 2012 when curiosity of BO got the better of me. And I never regretted that.
Heiji became one of my top 3 favorites right after I saw his confrontation with Jodie.
