So, judging by this poll 24 people either:
- hate Shinichi and want to see him suffer
- are hardcore ShinRan fans and refuse to see any other option
- are hardcore AiCon fans and refuse to see any other option
- are thinking realistically
16 people are Yaoi shippers and the rest adores crack pairings (that would be me) or AyuCon.

... But I still root for Eisuke! Give the clumsy guy a bit of loving. The funniest thing is, I don't even like him all that much...

Actually, it isn't talking about AyuCon.  It's talking about AyuShin.

Yeah, AyuShin is blatantly pedophilia, while AyuCon is only implicitly

New option: Shinichi x Captain Jack Harkness, because sooner or later, in his immortal lifespan, he will shag everyone that has ever lived. And everyone that has ever lived will love it.

I went with Heiji. I was almost with 'Shinichi wallowing in despair' but that would just be... Depressing. After working so hard to defeat the BO he deserves to live a happy life with someone he can get along with. And Heiji has a strange obsession with Shinichi... So it all works out! It would be kind of interesting, but I think they would both end up being happy. I'd feel a little bad for Kazuha though. Oh well! She's a nice girl. I bet she'll find the perfect guy.

That was a hard choice! :o

I would go for Sera, but I don´t see her in the poll :/
She is smart and strong (like Ran) and she is (at the very least) interested in Shinichi. They would make a cute couple.
