And as hard as it is voting against Ai wa Kurayami, I have to go with my first love. Mysterious Eyes was playing when I first got into Conan, so for me, nostalgia trumps BO.
One interesting thing to note is that both these openings played during what might arguably be the two greatest Conan story arcs to date, with Mysterious Eyes opening for the Desperate Revival series, and Ai wa Kurayami for the Clash of Red and Black.

Mysteryious Eyes, no doubt. The best opening the song in the series and Ai wa Kurayami isn't even in the top half as I see it.

Mysterious Eyes. No question whatsoever.
*looks around* I thought Mysterious Eyes would get creamed by Ai wa Kurayami, but evidently a lot of people really like it.

for a second I was wondering how MR. YAZ was doing so well.
Not sleeping will do that to a person I guess!
I vote for the other one either way. I can't really choose 1 favorite OP but if I could it would be Ai wa Kurayami no Naka de.
