"I Still Believe" is one of my favorite endings, I don't know why. Yumi's vocals are gorgeous though, that probably helps. So I give the nod to "I Still Believe" for this one.

Although I can find subtitles for I Still Believe, I can't find any for this version of Sekai wa Mawaru.  So, to be fair, I linked to two versions without subtitles.

Yumi Shizukusa & GC are both good, but Yumi wins out here. She also wins for having a fantastic collaboration with Tak on his The Hit Parade album (where she did a cover of Foggy Night that was stunning). Yumi is one of those artists that just wasn't able to take off, despite having a number of really nice songs. It makes Jd- a sad panda.

The art in ed 27 kind of creeps the hell out of me so I'm going with Sekai wa Mawaru to Iu Keredo.

Yumi is one of those artists that just wasn't able to take off, despite having a number of really nice songs.

Yumi really has a nice voice, but as you said, she just never took off, which is a shame. In fact, I think the two songs she did (This, and "GO YOUR OWN WAY") were two of the three worst selling singles from the show. I think she also has the worst Oricon sales/chart numbers for her singles out of the singles released through the show. "GO YOUR OWN WAY" was the worst charting single out of all of the DC openings and endings, charting at #77, which is close to the basement level in most charts.

I always thought she was highly underrated, and her songs are definitely better than, say, "Everlasting Luv." However, I never knew she did a collaboration with Tak. That's pretty cool.
