I'm voting for Overture on this one.  Does anyone else think the bass part of Mushoku is a rip-off of "Just the Two of Us"?

Not even close. I love Azumi, and I'm glad Aoi Aoi Kono Hoshi ni made it (Even though it beat one of my favorite endings ever...) but Mushoku can't even hold a candle against Overture. Why was it only used for seven episodes?

I just love that voice. *melting* Plus the clip is nice too, so Overture, go and win!

I barely remembered the ending sequences for both of these.  Remembered the songs, though, but, can't go by that alone.  I don't even prefer one song over the other.  Both are "meh" to me for that too.

After watching them, I now understand as to why I had trouble remembering them.  Both were pretty lackluster and nothing about either really "stood out".  Unfortunately, I noticed this with the later endings and openings.  They started getting to the point where they weren't interesting to me much.

So, for these two, since I do like endings that focus on "Shinichi" at times, I'll go with Overture.

I'll go ahead and be the odd one out and vote for Mushoku. I prefer the animation sequence and the song itself.

Overture isn't that good by B'z standards but it's still better than at least half of the EDs so I pick that one.

:/ I think what you mean is...that it's a different style than most B'z songs, because this is my favorite B'z/ Koshi inaba song out of all the ones i've heard (i have listened to some of their music outside of DC)

Mushoku

... but apparently I'm the only one. Despite it's not the best ending ever it's still a nice one, I especially like melody at the point where the refrain is about to repeat. I don't like the other one at all, so...

Technically you are not alone. Although we are in the minority. ;_;
