Actually he says NOTHING about her feelings. He got asked in interviews quite some times if Haibara got any romantic feelings for Conan/Shinichi and all he said was:
"What does it look like?" Or "Heh? Is that so?", he´s a tease.
Oh and i say love but knows that it is impossible for her so she says nothing. T.T
