There are a lot of so called official books out there and somehow they are always wrong about something. I never trust them they are like Wikipedia too me.

Like it or not, this is the official official book. The 336 or so page one. It has a lot of info that doesn't make it into the manga, like a map of Beika, and how much Kogoro has pulled in from each of his cases, and where Gosho got his inspiration from to give you examples.

I just realized this might put a dent in the "Vermouth is the Boss's favorite because he has the hots for her" theory. According to this, Gin's already tapped that, so to speak, so unless the boss doesn't mind being next in line... *Is shot*
