You can't actually dodge a bullet once it has been fired, unless you're quite some distance from the shooter, so in that sense the DC bullet dodging scenes are strictly impossible. However, it is possible to 'dodge' a bullet if you are able to guess exactly when the bullet will be fired and in what direction it will go and get out of the path before it is shot.

Yes, M13 took the prize for that. Not only did they have Ran dodge a bullet, they had her explain the velocity of a bullet beforehand, making it clear that she could not dodge it.

..Oh wait! I'm actually here to inform everyone that I misread the question and it should be "6 to 4" in favor of Ai. I thought it asked "Who will die" and voted a draw as I don't want either to die.....but now I know it's a battle to the death..I feel silly as Ai is known as the death goddess, no one can beat her in a death match.

You do realize that this is a show where children run a muck murder scenes, people age backwards from pills, and time doesn't elapse?

Like I said, Ran hasn't shown she can dodge bullets canonically, and she is not superior than Makoto.

you're complaining about an impossible situation that was justified by a canon episode that had an even more impossible situation in a movie that isn't canon

it really amuses me (but unfortunately doesn't surprise me) that the one new movie that tries to appeal to hardcore fans and is pratically continuity obsessed (hell, I'm still finding new references to past cases that are absurdly subtle) is the one they complain about the most

I went for Ran. Now it's a draw because of me. XD.

I chose Ran beacuse.. Ai has the wits, brains, and everything else. While Ran only has her... WHAT? Karate? <: . Ai would probably properly scheme everything out and turn everything that is against her to be with her. Then, no matter how strong Ran is, Ai would still win! <: <: <:

this reminds me, looking at Wikipedia, the only other roles Yamazaki-chan does that I know anything about in anyway (and this is including quite a few series I know fairly well), I only remember Nojiko from One Piece, Arukenimon from Digimon 2 and Suzu (aka the most unimportant major character ever (think Tenten in Naruto)) from Bobobo.
