Hello! Yet another newbie here. My name's Susanna, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Finland. I'm studying the English language at the university of Tampere, and my hobbies include drawing, writing and video editing (as in AMVs ). I've been a Conan fan had an unhealthy obsession with Conan since 2003, when I first picked up volume 18 (the one with Ai's first appearance, no less!) and it was love at first sight.

I'm relatively new to the anime however, and only recently finished watching all the episodes/movies/OVAs/specials thus far. My favorite movie is probably either 10 or 14, but I do love them all. My favorite characters are Takagi, Conan/Shinichi, Ran and Ai, but again, I pretty much adore the whole cast. I don't really read/watch all that much manga/anime besides Conan (and Magic Kaito), but I have a soft spot for Fruits Basket.

As for my favorite cases/episodes in Conan, don't make me choose, because I love TONS and have trouble remembering them all.

Now, before this turns into a whole analytical essay about me, I'll just stop here. So hello everyone  *waves exaggeratedly*

On the Off-Topic Board, and I'm sure you'll find soon enough, weird but awesome organizations are commonplace. They doesn't require you to join, but you'll find it hard to resist taking a peek on what they are and what they do. To make things easy for you, here's a list of the current groups inhabiting the OT: First, we have the Japan Domination Committee, the very first DCTP organization founded by yours truly and his awesome cat. If conquering countries is your forte, please visit us here. We might need of your assistance. Next up, the original Harem led by Abs. and PhoenixTears. Harems are normal, so don't get freaked out that much. Though it's okay to scream and yell for help if you ever get recruited. Then we have the ever-so-popular Onionhead Fanclub, managed by our resident onion, nomemory. If you have a penchant for cute emoticons, then you might want to join, if not, I insist, you MUST join. Next in line is the CCP residing in the First Impressions Thread. I can't say much about them, but you'll find out by asking Conia or Callid, the founders of the pact. And last but not the least, my sister's twisted Sad East Kingdom, the newest group to-date. I'll stay away from it if I were you. Unless you're an M, then feel free to... well, be the Queen's slave.

Oh, and another thing, if you come across Girl19 here, don't pick up a fight (or even discuss something with her) if you don't want to get your ass kicked. Stay away from Kleene Onigiri, too, if she wants to make you her new punching bag-- yes, riceballs can punch. Be wary of Eve for she is, well, evil. I need not to elaborate.

Don't worry about that shadow behind you. That's probably Conia, our Community Detective-- if not, then it's Shadowman, who else? Another one here named Akonyl likes bees. He's the Bee Princess, so he expects you to pay homage to him and give him wasp presents.

A little heads-up: Parkur is a flirt, so don't be surprised if he sends lots of ":-*" your way. (line deleted)

Don't worry, you'll meet lots of friends in the course of your stay here, like bears, holiday butt-punchers, mad scientists, evil princesses, ninja assassins, weird-named people, and drunk raccoons. A lot of skirmishes happen between members, and you might get involved, but please do not try to even utter a single insult against Ai, if you don't want to be squashed, chopped, burned, tortured, pitch-forked or poked by the AiCons. Of course, the same applies to Kaitou KID. Though I reckon it's covered already by the mods.

Oh, I almost forgot! You need to attend this class... you'll need it.
