Well, nevermind, it was never too late to say hello, I guess.

Hi, I am chongjasmine, and I come from the tiny country of Singapore.
I love anime and manga, at least, I used to love them very much. So much that I spent every cent I could on them.
Well, I still love anime and manga, but I only love those that intrigue me, and I only support authors I really like.

Besides anime and manga, I love to read. I read mostly fantasy novels, and now, due to the influence of detective conan, I am reading detective novels.

I am also a very religious person. I am a christian. I love my God very much. I am glad to be a christian, and at first, when I first became a christian, my parents were very cold to me. But they had now come to accept my choice of faith. The christian God had done many miracles in my life that made me believe in him. Christianity is still a minority religion in my country. I am the only christian in my family.

About detective conan, I like  Shinichi the best. I like his deduction and sense of justice. I also like Kaitou kid but I like Shinichi more than Kaitou. Sometimes, I wonder what will happen to Mouri if Shinichi returned to his original form. Won't he lose his fame as the world famous detective? Will his business be seriously affected?

I used to be a kindergarten teacher, teaching children, but I had quit my job and currently, I am unemployed. I am looking for a new job. I hope to work in a library setting so that I can be with the books I love.

I am re-reading my detective conan manga, but because it is in chinese, I had difficulties knowing the english spelling of the name of the characters I love. Since all the names of the characters in my mangaq are written in chinese. I am using detective conan world to help me with the english translation of the characters' names so I won't feel so lost around here.

Well, I sure write a lot about myself, so I will stop for now!

First and foremost, if you're a girl, watch out for this very perverted old puppy (yeah, old puppy, read: xpon) that stalks ladies and steal their undies. Ah, right, we need gender info here, gender! How can we protect you (if you're a girl) if we don't know your gender? We may lose a member! Yes! And, if you're a boy, you need not to worry for anything, though Abs. or PhoenixTears may recruit you to their harem, it's normal, don't get freaked out.

Oh, another thing, if you come across Girl19 here, don't pick up a fight (or even discuss something with her) if you don't want to get your ass kicked. Stay away from Kleene Onigiri, too, if she wants to make you her new punching bag-- yes, riceballs can punch. Be wary of Eve for she is, well, dangerous. I need not to elaborate.

Don't worry about that shadow behind you. That's probably Conia-- if not, then it's Shadowman, who else? Another one here named Akonyl likes bees. He's the Bee Princess, so he expects you to pay homage to him and give him wasp presents.

Don't worry, you'll meet lots of friends in the course of your stay here, like bears, onions, mad scientists, and ninja assassins. A lot of skirmishes happen between members, and you might get involved, but please do not try to even utter a single insult against Ai, if you don't want to be squashed, chopped, burned, tortured, pitch-forked or poked by the AiCons. Of course, the same applies to Kaitou KID. Though I reckon it's covered already by the mods.
