Nope. The JDC is more like the onionhead fanclub, which isn't a harem either. Neither of those organizations have prevented their members from being members of another organization/harem/whatever. (Neither has mine and Abs.' harem, but the CCP has decided that CCP members cannot be harem members. And they're stealing our harem members away from us, and it's steadily growing. So it's more like a harem than a 'pact'.)
