They're the newest and mildly obscure, since you can only get them by levelling up Eevee at a specific place in Sinnoh.

So basically Eevee can now evolve to almost every type?! (Well probably excluding bug/flying whatever) since Glaceon is ice (assuming) and leafeon is grass (assuming also).

Definitely not every type. Eevee can involve into 7 types as of today that I know of, eight types if we take the original normal type in consideration and there are 17 different types in total, as of today that I know of. Since Black and White is coming soon I can not be totally sure.

It probably will. That thing's more genetically unstable than Ditto.
