Yeah... I need to take a photo of the snow bank we got at the end of winter next winter, because they pile it up all at the same place around my building.
Someone from Canada! *gasp* I'm from there too, but I'm not a Quebecois.
I always hear from my elementary French classes about the carnaval in Quebec. Have you slept in the icy hotel? I hope to go there some day when I don't have school at that time.

I don't know this for sure, but I believe most people can speak English there.
It's true, but I've heard stories that some don't treat you as well when you speak English.

But because Canada is a bilinguale country a lot of people at least know some english to be understood and we got many people from around the world here too.

last winter, we went the whole winter without getting any snow, and then one night we got 17 inches (~.4 meters). Around a week later, before that snow was even finished melting, we got another 20 or so inches on top of all that snow, so it was tons of snow mixed with ice, it was no good.

Then you can complain but one decimetre isn't much at all. But I like snow, it can be a pain but I prefer to have snowy winters.
