I would have to say Midori days.  Very weird concept but the comedy is top notch. What are some of your favorite strange or weird animes.

Ultimate Teacher. Maybe. I'm not sure what I think about it. Saying it's bizarre does not do it justice though.

Phi Brain, though that's not really a weird anime, but the fact that I like it as much as I do is weird. 

Mushishi is somewhat weird, not in that the show itself is weird but it's about some pretty weird things. Still a fantastic show though.

Thermae Romae was also awesome for how short it was just due to to how odd a concept it was. Not really as strange as some other strange things, but still a weird premise.

lol that show has like the stupidest plot ever.  But I love the ED theme for it, Mou Sukoshi, or w.e

Do I dare say... Paprika and Spirited Away?

Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei is weird in a way, too... but it's weird in an good, satirical way. ^^;

oh right, I totally forgot about Paprika. That one's definitely out there. :V

Manga by Ito Juinji (they are horror, so you cold say they are weird or strange)
Mushishi isn't strange
Myoshimon is.
SZS is cool but I don't know where to read all of it..

also I'm a big fan of Bobobo. How did I forget that?
