According to MyCom Journal, a new TV series of Lupin III was announced to be aired from April 4th. It's a thirteen episode series titled "LUPIN the Third ~ Mine Fujiko toiu Onna ~". The adventures of Lupin III in his youth will be told featuring Mine Fujiko.

It says a lot about the series that I think the first series, with no continuing story, from the 1970s, is pretty good.
so yeah Lupin's pretty awesome.

The first episode was just fabulous. I love 'The castle of Cagliostro' but I still think Lupin is better when it's not Miyazakified.

Just got around to watchin this, it's pretty good, I definitely like the art style (well, as a one-shot thing at least, I wouldn't want all of Lupin done this way :V), Jigen looks awesome in the second ep.
hoping the third episode is a Goemon ep.
