IS anyone in DCTP interested in helping translate...

The Kindaichi Case Files Anime? It's a huge task that i cant do alone(but i will If i have to). I would really love some help from the DCTP. I'm basically begging anyone with experience subbing and translating to help.
This is what i have to offer for anyone willing to help the project.
I have every (raw) episode in the Anime (Episodes 1-148) (480p)
I have the old english subtitle files from APR translating project 1-59. (which need edited to fit the Dvd rips)
And lastly I have the Japanese subtitle files for every single episode in the anime. I have checked them and they work.
(also i will be translating and doing my fair share of the work as well)
I have done a very small amount of work by getting everything we need to start, all that is left is the magic that you can give. Im willing to give the credit to DCTP for subbing as well.
(Edited with love)
Currently I am working on episode one and would like ideas on how i should release the episodes.
I can release them on here if you guys would like?
For anyone who doesnt know who Kindaichi is your really missing out.

HARD WORK?
collecting the Raw only need Internet That have good Speed.
TRANSLATING and Encoding + Timing the subtitle is THE HARD PART...
you cant just put the japanese subtitle in google translator and click the button...
but personally, i wish you can find your team and sub this good anime.
i will cheer for you and pray that you found a good translator.
dont give up!!! Banzai!!!

you say that its easy? I will give 20 dollars to you right now if you can find them. Try to find all 148 episodes raw, and the japanese subtitles and i will give you the money. Call it a friendly bet,
And i thank you for your wishes that i find a team. I really hope i do as well. But i can translate them on my own if needed but thats alot of work for one person

Compared to the work that would go into translating and subbing and timing each episode - I can see how finding the raws and the Japanese subtitles would be considered the easy part, yes. xpon isn't necessarily saying that part is easy in and of itself, but saying that you've done the "hard part" isn't actually true.

Good luck with your project. This anime really deserves to be subbed and more popular given how great it is.

Well it may take awhile, but i will see this from start to finish even if no one helps me. I can atleast do one or two episodes a week until I have Thanksgiving and Christmas Vacation off. Then I can work more.

kindaichi is great, but too formulaic- the cases are all the same! even though the settings vary, the cases are structured almost identically and the writer doesn't do a very good job of disguising that.
still would love to see more episodes translated though, good luck with this.

The anime has been subbed perfectly up to 18 using tv rips. Then another group subbed it from 18-59 using LQ tv rips from china.
I'm subbing the anime 1-148 using dvd rips. You will not find any subs after episode 59 on youtube.

i still root and willing to help you, but i have no knowledge on translating.
so sorry once again if my earlier post offend you. it not my intentions.
(if i want to mock you, i wont pray for your success right?)

oh xpon, I didnt mean to come off that way. In truth I hope we can be friends and enjoy the episodes that i (and my team that im trying to form) release. You can help in other ways that dont involve translating and encoding. For example I need a name for my project and team. I need ideas on what format you guys want the finished subbed episodes and what are the best sites to upload them at.

and if i remember, there already a group that say they will sub this.. but now now news......

Megaupload and mediafire it is. the first episode is almost done. and i will be releasing it probably tomorrow or the next day after my proof-reader makes sure i don't look like I cant speak english.
Well if there is another group maybe somebody can help me out and find out how i can contact them so we can team up.
