My vote goes to Slam DUnk as a fan of basketball its one of the best there's no so called Special Powers in Slam Dunk than POT... POT have a very nice plot and even if your not a Tennis fan ur gonna love it....

Since Prince of Tennis is my all time favorite sports anime, I voted for it. But I admit that Hajime no Ippo, Major and Slam Dunk are better in terms of storylines.

Slam Dunk is probably the most epic sport anime ever made and probably Shigeno Goro from Major and Ippo from Hajime no Ippo could match Hanamichi Sakuragi's awesomeness...

In term of Comedy, storyline, sport theme, and less of special power up within it, i voted for Slam Dunk 

PoT somewhat wins in term of Character Design and Art... But everyone got their own personal taste for character design aren't they

And based on Gender (in my High School year), most of the PoT reader on my school were girls, while almost all boys read Slam Dunk

Voted Slam Dunk for various reasons and also, I had always hated Prince of Tennis

i dont play tennis, and i love basketball, but for me PoT i like so much more. The Tennis aspect is cool in all, but its the characters that seal the deal for me. PoT just has so many different characters which i think makes the story awesome!
But that's just my opinion...

I Love princee of tennis to bad it got a bad dub in the US. oh well, goes back to watching it off of viz's streaming site.
