Those 2 for sure. Their endings had me close to tears.(although Triguns wasnt the last episode like bebops was.scineram wrote: Bebop (ending)

Ghost in the Shell SAC has some tragic scenes at the end of it also. The whole series is fantastic also.

1. Chrono Crusade (Both Anime and Manga)

I cried literally, really.. :'(

I rarely watch anime if I know something terrible will (often) happen and am not a huge fan of "anime internet darlings" if they are typically serious.
