I wouldn't say I actively dislike any characters (at least, none that come to mind rn), but Shuukichi (Conan) comes close. The way he's written is just so oblivious, if that makes sense? As in, it seems Aoyama doesn't even realise what he's doing with the character a lot of the time. Sera has moments like that too, but Shuukichi is on a whole other level.
Hmm, actually, Daru (Steins;Gate). For being a generally uncomfortable character to watch at times.
