For me it would have to be Cardcaptor Sakura. I watched it many, many many years ago when I was like 5 and they had the horrible English dub-dubbed-into-hindi on CN. Lol, I used to grab a stick and a pack of playing cards and pretended to do magic with it and was dissapointed it didn't work XD

Aah the memories~

Actually, I meant which anime you had completed watching, as in reading the manga or watching on the internet.

Here we go...

First anime series that I can actually remember the name of: Mach GO GO GO [AKA SPEED RACER]

My first actual series I cannot remember, and probably don't remember the name because it was some weird mecha series that they played on the Chinese channel when I was a kid...

My first anime series that I finished:  Dragonball Z

then watch it again  ;D

before I knew it was an anime:
3000 Leagues in Search of Mother (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3000_Leagu ... _of_Mother) that's what we had back then when I was a child in Israel.
or it was The Wonderful adventures of Nils Holgerson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nils_no_Fushigi_na_Tabi)

Actually, a lot of shows from my childhood were actually anime.

after I knew it was anime: Pokemon.

though to be honest, the first japanese animation I ever saw was Sailor Moon when I lived in germany when I was 2 years old (but I only remember some scenes)

Well, Pokemon would be my first...but I didn't know it was an anime.

So...

My first would be Keroro Gunsou...or SGT Frog.

My first anime i watched without know it was an "anime" was Yu Yu Hakusho, it was when i was 14 in 1994 i guess =)

So, after i knew what anime is, i can only remember that i download YYH again and watched one more time, so i got hooked on it =-P

So, i think after that my first one was Ah! My Goddess! But not sure...
