Re: Anime That Brought Tears
not gonna lie, I tear up really easily at movies and tv shows. It's pretty silly.
so if it's something that's had a moment that's supposed to be sad, there's a good chance I've probably shed a few tears at it.

Re: Anime That Brought Tears
ok, now that I think about it, the only times I have been even close to crying from manga was a certain part near the end of School Rumble and Ai-Ren.
Ai-Ren will never be animated I'm sure (which is a shame as it's very emotional in both a sad and happy way). School Rumble's ending in the anime was rushed, to say the least, and ruined that part.
So if either of these things were done correctly in anime form, I would have had tears from watching anime.

Re: Anime That Brought Tears
only 5 anime have ever brought me to tears.
1. Oseam <- seriously the saddest anime i have ever watched. had me crying for hours
2. Legend of the Galactic Heroes <- watched this last month and OMG it hit me like a tonne of bricks
3. s-CRY-ed <- saddest death scene reaction ever
4. Wolf's Rain <- not so much the anime it's self... but bad things happening to doggies is really hard to sit through without shedding tears.
5. Grave of the Fireflies <- same as everyone else that watches it.

Yeah, me too... well not crying horribly, like two tears kinda automatically fall down at the end... even though the story was fictional, it has some real value... Re: Anime That Brought Tears
I cried in Trigun and reading death note when L dies (it was like *someone has shot at me... twice... or more...* T_____T).
But the one that leads my list is One Piece... The past of most of the characters is soo sad, and when Robin finally wants their friends to help her... Everytime i watch them i can't help it xD
It's too much for my heart!!! I love this series >___<

Re: Anime That Brought Tears
i never actually exactly cried . but i do tear up alot i think , but none of the tears seem to leave my eyes , hmm...
i had tears in my eyes , while watching :
Fruits Bascket but i dont really remmember which episodes .
Detective Conan when jodie started crying when akai "died"
Princess Tutu the im scared of tutu episode
True Tears when that guy , omg i have bad memory , started singing the song noe always sings and then cried.
- so its mostly when one of the charcters cry .

Maes Hughes - didn't make me cry. But was really sad. And I would go over to my friends house and randomly play it for torture >=DPaperclip wrote:Oh, man, that one almost got me. That was definately the saddest I've felt during any anime. They milked it too, with his daughter and wife...jeezGinRei wrote: Only one for me was Fullmetal Alchemist, episode 24 or 25 I think. Very sad.
I shed ONE tear on the following, but almost cried a lot:

Naruto learns of Jiraiya's death. Naruto is my favorite anime, and I know how Naruto felt.

I'm normally heartless.
