Why does the 3rd opening for FMA brotherhood sound like its being sung by a Indian dude that knows Japanese?  Well, at least it's better than the 2nd ending, if I hear "let it all out" before the actual ending credits again I'ma go Segunda Etapa on someone's ass.  And by someone I mean Parkur

I wasn't really enthralled with any of the endings, but the 5th one works really well because it has such a nice lead-in effect that can be used before the ED actually starts.

For OPs, 5th one once again is awesome.  Rain, just truly gives the atmosphere of the ending arc.  But like all the OPs from 3 onward, kind of contains spoilers if you actually pay attention to the animation and read between the lines.

Yeah, ED 4 and 5 were my favorites as well. I thought that both the last set of OP and ED helped the final arc of the series.

While I was in Italy, I discovered that Italian MTV shows a double bill of FMA Brotherhood every night at 7:10. I ended up planted there almost every evening before dinner; none of the local restaurants opened until eight, so my obsession was a good way for everyone else to time when it was time for dinner. Anyway, this just confirms to be that British TV producers are bastards. ARE WE THE ONLY COUNTRY ON THE PLANET THAT DOESN'T GET ANIME THAT ISN'T POKEMON?! I caught the DVD of episodes 40-52 in the bargain bin at HMV (okay, so the country's complete disrespect for anime comes in handy), but I can't watch any of the other dubbed episodes because Hulu is a bitch and right after I found the early dubbed episodes on YouTube they got blocked in my country on copyright grounds. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

However, I have discovered the true power of FMA. My little brother declared it "actually alright", which is the highest praise he's ever given anything that isn't Portal. Two of his best friends who've never touched manga are interested after he explained the premise. MY DAD is interested after watching me watching the anime in Italian and providing a running commentary to my little brother on what's happening, down to quotes (Sheska is like my alternate reality self, I swear). MY DAD IS INTERESTED IN AN ANIME. My DAD. I can't express how much of a leap this is. He wouldn't read Maus because he thought the writer was taking the piss by telling a Holocaust story in a graphic novel format and thought it was in poor taste.

Though after a discussion it turned out that he assumes all anime to be like Sailor Moon, which I pointed out was like judging all movies based on the Rocky Horror Picture show. If he reads manga, this will be incredible. FMA will officially have divine powers.

In other news, despite the wealth and variety of quotable lines in FMA, the only one that my little brother seems to have latched onto is a line from Greed in about episode 62, which the sub translated as "man the f*** up!" Hey, at least he likes it.

Wah, that one's okay, but how do you not like ED 1?  The animation is charming and the song's so good, Sid is boss

I finished brotherhood, overall a great series, but there were some points near the end that kinda make me go "..okay".
Spoiler:
I thought the whole forcing Mustang into doing human transmutation wasn't properly explained and felt like a weak plot advance - I mean..it just kind of came out nowhere, I know the author has the right for making up stuff like this in a world where alchemy is possible, but still, felt too rushed.

Also, how the heck did Ed beat Pride?  It seemed like he transmuted himself into Pride or something..once again, it was strange.  Also Kimblee helping Ed?  Kinda seemed out of character, but whatever.  So Pride turns into a fetus, without any of his original powers, and lost all of his memories? Is he still a homunculus? Will he age..?

How Hohenheim used his Xerxes souls to harm Father was strange as well, I felt confused - so he left his kids and wife to plant his souls around the country.  So..how exactly did that hurt Father?  Those souls weren't his, they were Hohenheim's?

Finally, when Ed brings back Al's body, sacrificing his alchemy...uh whaa? Why didn't you just do that in the first place?  Was there any inkling that you could even sacrifice your truth door to do this?  And, seriously, what was the spark that made Ed finally realize he can do this...felt iffy.  Meh.
BTW May is like the Ayumi of this series, pretty much useless (well, no one in FMA is useless, they can all do something), but she only caused trouble.  She sucks.
Spoiler:
I was like "wooow" when she was more focused on getting that Philosopher's Stone vial instead of healing Hawkeye, as she is my favorite character.  Also brought back Envy like a foo', though I was kind of happy since Envy Edogawa rules.

Oh yeah, good thing Winry didn't play a big role in the final couple of episodes! Thank god for that.  That would of just been generic shounen damsel in distress waiting to happen.

For the end..needed more closure with Mustang and Hawkeye :>

In the dub, she has the same voice actress that dubbed Ayumi's voice.  :P
