Detective Conan referenced in Other Anime

Well, if I ever get a Kindle or something like an oversized mobile phone, I'd read manga on it. But for now, I am one of these weird people that can't read manga on computers without getting tired after the first chapter.

Well, not exactly true. I spent all the "Religious Studies" classes last year reading random books -including manga- or playing on my DS. The priest/teacher was kind enough not to bother me.

Wasn't there another reference in Lucky Star where Konata talks about a bunch of animes and mentions detective conan? She said something like "Detectives in detective animes have to have a murder everywhere they go unless they won't have work like detective conan" or something like that. It's been a while sense I've watched that episode so i'm not sure. All i know is that she reference it xD.

Yeah but i think there was a time when Konata was talking to Kagami and she mentions DC name. I'm not that sure but i know it was before episode 12. I haven't really gotten the time to finish Lucky Star.

Is it just me or is Meowth wearing Conan's suit here? With the amount of costumes these guys wear, I guess it was inevitable that they'd reference DC at some point.
