I almost forgot about Kenshin, it's been so long. It was a lot of fun, but went on for quite a while with a lot of AO filler episodes that really kind of sucked. Which was it, I think the 'Kyoto story arc' was really good. It's been years since I watched it, though. All I watch nowadays on a regular basis is Conan.
aw not shut-in like Satou from NHK? that takes away a chunk of my interest, but still, sounds like an interesting show

I recommend skippin the renji arc though

I just finished watching Madoka Magica. My heart aches, and I need a break from all the heavy drama of the anime shows I've recently watched.

Do you guys have any recommendations? - any good anime that has a lighter tone please

I forgot to add "something that is not ecchi".

I just checked it on MAL, and Ro Kyu Bu is under the ecchi genre (http://myanimelist.net/anime/10572/Ro-Kyu-Bu!). Please correct me if I'm misinformed.

I've already watched both seasons and OVAs years ago. And yeah, it is pretty fun to watch lol

That reminds me, I started Higurashi like a month ago and completely forgot about it. :V I need to finish it up sometime.

I would like to add Umineko no Naku Koro ni too.

But yeah, School Rumble is a light-hearted series and it's really fun to watch.
