Well, maybe someone will accidentally fly. There are so many trolls hitting down as soon as we get in the cave that we rarely make it beyond the entrance. It is bound to happen sometime.

From Johto you can fly back to Mt. Silver, assuming they have entered the pokemon center at least once.
The probability of successfully flying back to Mt. Silver in Anarchy is close to 0. Not only would it take forever to try to use Fly, there's no guarantee they'd land at the right location.
