Well, it's been removed from mininova though... I'll try searching it on google when I'm not feeling lazy busy  ::)

The only thing subbed(fake translation) was mikuru's opening song and up to when the old guy pays mikuru for her job...(Adventures of Mikuru Asahina Episode 00 FYI)

So, Disappearance confirmed for Spring 2010 theatres.  Meaning we'll see it in September-December, depending on how long it stays in theatres, when it releases in theatres, and then when it comes out on DVD/Blueray.

From what I heard, I agree.  Though it's always hard to compare something with the intro book.

Btw: I think Season 2 (or season 1+...*tries to avoid laughing*) should be called "The Endless Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya".

Apparently the 3rd and 4th Endless Eight dvds were 3rd place this week.

I want to see how the fanbase reacted. *gets out popcorn*


oh and I have the 1st light novel. Read chapter 3. It's pretty much what I thought it would be (comparing it to the anime).

The anime did follow the novel properly. Even the narration was almost exact(with a few parts being cut off).

Especially the ones where you can't tell whether he's thinking it or saying it, like when it has quotes ["] he's obviously talking. But sometimes the lines doesn't have quotes but the people he's around with (especially haruhi) reacts to the line.

And in the anime, when kyon is in a talking-or-thinking-or-thinking-loudly mode, they don't show his face. (This is the style I loved the most with both the Novel and the anime  )

so apparently according to the official site, the movie will be 150 minutes long. I find that hard to believe for some reason but ok.
