Wha..? How does that follow? Why are the girls the only ones that matter? Honestly Kyon looking weird is part of why I haven't actually picked up any of the manga. The larger reason, though, is the same as why I've never picked up any Slayers manga, even though I LOVE Slayers: the manga isn't the "real" story, written by the original author. I'd rather read the novels. And as soon as I can get hold of a print version of the novels, I will read them all! *^_^*
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

go to megavideo and just look up "Haruhi (insert number here)". Watch episode 1 and 2 and 3 etc until you get to 14. That goes in the broadcast order (which is better). After you watch episode 14, you can go to here to see what the chronological order is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ha ... a_episodes
However, you shouldn't scroll down too much as you will be spoiled by what happens in season 2.

also favorite this link right now. http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p ... 0E0&page=1
That contains the season 2 episodes which you should watch after watching episode 14.

I was late in watching the latest episode, but, f*ck... perfect 10 ;D
I hope Kyon beats up Haruhi for good sometime (not in the physical sense); even just a slap will do ^___^
(Don't spoil, I don't read the novels :P)

Well that dramatic scene just made Sigh seem a lot more important than what I was expecting.

Also, I hope Koizumi has a new theory about Haruhi every season to the point where it becomes laughable.

hehe the theories get out there come Snow Mountain Syndrome
Spoiler:
when he straight up tries to tell Haruhi the she was hypnotized

As I ponder about how to lie to Haruhi,

"It is collective hypnosis."

Koizumi looks at me with a 'there there, leave it to me' expression and cuts in.

"I actually recall similar things."

"You're saying that you and I both got hypnotized?" Says Haruhi.

"This is not a man-made hypnosis. Hypnosis for Suzumiya-san normally wouldn't have worked since you might have doubts if it was announced beforehand that you were to be hypnotized."

"True."

Haruhi falls into silence.

"However, we had walked round and round in the snow mountain, with only a uniform white scenery. Are you aware of Highway Hypnosis? People that are driving on the highway can fall into a state of hypnosis by looking at the scene with the street lamps spaced out uniformly. This might be the phenomenon that has led to our situation. One falls asleep while taking the train due to the rhythmic vibrations in the cars. This is the same principle that applies to sending a baby to sleep by slow, rhythmic patting on its back."

"Really?"

Haruhi shows a 'first time that I've heard of this' look as Koizumi nods deeply.

"Exactly."

He continues on:

"While we were moving in the snowstorm, I think that somebody had said: "It'd be great if there'd be a house that we can hide out at, and it'd be great if it's fully equipped, really comfortable..." or something similar to that. At any rate, the mental state of people in a disaster will not be very good and, under such extreme stress, it is not surprising that incredible apparitions might overtake us. In story books, don't travelers going through the desert often see mirages?"

Damn Koizumi, that was beautiful!

"Umm... maybe you're right. So that's basically what happened?"

Haruhi cocks her head and looks at me.

That's right. I keep nodding along, trying to force an expression of sudden realization. Koizumi pushes along with me:

"The sound of Nagato-san falling must have awakened us to reality, it definitely must have been like that."

"If you put it that way, I guess it really was like that..."

Haruhi cocks her head further, but she quickly aligns it back to normal.

"Fine, I'll call it that. It's absurd to think that there'd be such a house for us to shelter in when we got into trouble. My memory is getting kinda hazy on this. All of this is like a dream within a dream."
anyway this weeks ep was alot better then I was expecting they played the slap really well.

I like how Asahina used her Classified Information censorship/catchphrase to stop the episode from being too serious for too long. I was starting to think I could actually decide whether to truly take the plot seriously or not.

Same here, It didn't felt that dramatic when I was reading the novel. Especially since It felt like I was re-watching that glorious, but very-hard-to-re-watch-with-or-without-a-valid-reason-to-because-it-was-boring-even-though-funny episode 00  :P

As of the recent episode, Koizumi is officially a vampire... (it's a joke, not a spoiler...)

Koizumi is kind of like Fai from Tsubasa chronicle.

According to wikipedia, there won't be any more new episodes and the next four will be episodes that aired in season 1. So looks like everyone will have to wait for season 3 for the arc that everyone want's to see.

bingo and with the way endless eight dropped the series popularity I am really not sure if S3 is going to ever happen seems like everyone wants more K-ON ><

about this weeks ep I got to say Shamisen stole the show even more then I was expecting, trying to hang on to Yuki was way my fav part of the new season.
