I do not like Victor Hugo's works, probably because I'm french and have been forced to read his books (among other writers) for YEARS, but my inner grammar roman would like to point out that you forgot an S at "misérables" (Yay for French keyboards and accents )

Though, I find it great that the americans try to educate the public for once /sarcasm
