It's hard to actually pick up one thing so i'll start with a small list, considering i have over 3000 comics physically and have read 2000 thru comixology.
Batman - Jeph Loeb's run, Especially Hush As well as Morrison's huge run and Also Snyder's recent run On DC and The main title
Flash - By Mark Waid
Daredevil - Mark Waid and Brian Michael Bendis' run on the title.
X-men - Story arcs of Kieron Gillen, Morrison, Joss Whedon and X-GOD claremont. X-men rock!!!!
Superman - Johns run and Morrison's work(ALL-STAR)
Ultimate Spiderman - No need to list a run as... only one writer.
Greg Rucka's Punisher
Both the X-forces especially Uncanny by Remeinder
Fantastic four by Hickman and also Waid
Dan slott's run on Spidey + the stan lee era aka 1st 100 issues of spidey

It's funny that we don't get any of your comics here.
So for me, Donald Duck and Asterix are on the race for my number one. But I fear Disney got me there.
That reminds me, we had a few Nick Knatterton comics at home...
