What are your fav OST's??

I am quite a fan of the Naruto series.. so i listen to a lot of music such as Mayonaka no orchestra and Diver... plus i loved the music of Death Note..... as well as most of the openings of Conan.. what are your fav's?

Is this anime only or...? Because for me it's mostly gaming OSTs. Even if they technically don't have OSTs, I don't care.
Paper Mario 1 and 2, Mario Galaxy, any 3D Zelda game, Metroid Prime, Beyond Good and Evil, World of Goo, Tales of Phantasia, Earthbound, Mother 3, etc.
In terms of anime it has to be Conan. Naruto and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and the Kirby anime have really good music too. There's 3 anime I'd never thought I'd list together.

Typically OSTs by Yuki Kajiura. Especially Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles' Future Soundscape and the Pandora Hearts OST.
