I also like Initial D...
I'd say Lupin III but there are so many.... Some great music from that series though...I'm sure there are more but I just can't think of any at the moment

You know, I'd have to say pretty much any anime I've seen. As far as content of a show goes, my opinion varies as much as the next person, but I generally love OSTs no matter what.

I'm going old school here. My ultimate favorite is Rorouni Kenshin. 4th Avenue Cafe, Heart of a Sword, It's Gonna Rain, Dame Dame, Tactics etc... they're all in my iPod/netbook 
Know every line and my friends and I even try to play them lol
Oh and well if cinematic-wise, I've always loved how you know the ep's gonna end in Fushigi Yuugi because the song for the CBB (closing billboard) will start playing.
Also loved Death Note's and its many spin offs in youtube.
