I use Zelda or Fox. I'm quite fierce with the two of them.
This is the game I find myself playing the most.
And Snake is awesome, but three Solid Snakes fighting each other was never a fun thing.

I like Lucas and Ike.

Ike more for going in and beating the crap outta my enemy (who is usually Commi), and Lucas more for standing on the sidelines and attacking from where they can't hit back.

I always liked Lucas and Nes too and was pretty good with them. Surprisingly I can also kick butt with Jigglypuff...don't ask...

I should talk a little more about mine I guess...
My preferes ones are Snake, Mr. Game&Watch, King Dedede and Peach.
Snake: My favourite. Grenades are awesome

I dominate both Close range and Long range attacks. Every attack is deadly and delivers great deal of damage. Same with aerial moves, even if it's not easy to hit the 4 kicks. (Downwards or Forward) The biggest flaw is when your enemy is below you, there's the grenade or mine that can be helpful luckily
Mr. Game&Watch: Smashes are extremely powerful for sending your enemy flying

And I love all the other attacks... LOL, so random! Hitting an enemy with a 9 is AWESOME
King Dedede: While his smashes and the body slam are slow, every attack is powerful. I prefer using non-smashes + grabbing to increase damage and then some aerial move to finish. As it is one of the heaviest plus being able to fly plus a VERY long ranged b+^, I usually endure till 150% ^^
Peach: I have started to use her in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I know she can be nasty if mastered, so I'm in the process of it. Turnips FTW!

Ohhh, I haven't played this game in forever. Hmm, I've always been partial to Link since I am a huge fan of LOZ but he's always ranked on the lowest tiers in practically every SSB game. I think the developers have something against him lol.
Whenever I play Meta Knight, Pit, Ike, Link/Toon Link, Mario (in no particular order) are my go-to people.

When I play as Snake, I usually end up blowing myself up more than my opponent. XD Peach is amazing. My favorite move is one of her smashes (I think it is anyway), which I call her "hips of DOOM"! It amuses me to watch plus if you hit the opponent at just the right time, they go flying. I was never any good with Dedede or G&W though.
Ike is my best - though I was even better with Roy in Melee. I hate Ike's recovery though. It's horrible. Lucas, on the other hand, has really good recovery, plus he's a lot faster than Ike, even if he's not as strong. And his stick/baseball bat can get pretty powerful.
I like using Sheik (not Zelda though; I'm not good with her) and Meta Knight too. And Pit. Those are my Top 5.
Though usually when Commi and I play, we put it on random characters. That can get pretty bad for us, cause we play on teams (sometimes Me + Commi vs. Computers and sometimes Me + Com vs. Commi + Com, depending on how tough we wanna make it), and more often than not we both end up with characters like Jigglypuff, who neither one of us are very good with.
Oh and you should see Commi play as Wolf.

(She's probably gonna laugh when she sees this, too. She usually ends up accidentally killing herself with one of his moves.)

I like SSBB but I haven't played it that much. What I do like is when I get the feather because I rule at that thing, I hit and hit and basically never stops. But my sister will take her Wii with her so I will be able to play it soon =)

I love Peach and Snake too and Pit though I tend to use his forever move when I get bored. With Zelda I actually use both characters, I love her. Now I'm gonna pull out Smash and totally play again.

Developers hate LOZ characters directly

Although Toon Link came out pretty good imo

Mines and grenades must be mastered... otherwise you just have to evade loads of explosions xD There's 3 ways Peach attacks with her hips:
1) While grabing, throwing to the opposite direction.
2) Backwards attack while on air.
3) B+ --> or *
*Self-destructs*
*DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:*

You totally should!
Peach has this staying-in-the-air ability that is really helpful... I'm still into trying to dominate it

I started using Zelda at one time, but I suicided a lot while doing B+^ to get back on the platform

I love his smash move too. Though I'm also partial to the taunting.

I might play with my cousin tomorrow, though he'll totally suck and whine that I'm winning. But I'll probably pull it out and just do some one player stuff while I'm alone. Maybe my brother will put down the Modern Warfare game and play a bit again.

I'm pretty awesome with Peach. I'm awesome with most the girls though. I couldn't understand Zelda at first when I started with her. But when I finally got to using her I love her, Shiek is good for close range, Zelda is good for both long and short ranges, but she's better to use for when your opponent has a really high HP and normally sends them flying.

SSBB is to be played with some other people to get better... One Player stuff is really cool, but you can get bored easily. Also, I have broken ALL the Challenges

, which took me a lot, specially the Boss Battles on Intense difficulty. I also won all the events on Hard difficulty (both One Player and 2 Players)
Zelda smashes are quite good

Also her aerial side-kick, when sweetspotted, is lethal

I like Pit best, second is Toon Link. I used Roy in SSBM, but Ike is too heavy IMO.
Pit is just awesome. He can come back from basically anywhere due to his wings, which means knocking him out is quite difficult. Secondly, ha can block any attack - and reflect any range attack - due to his shield. He has, however, also a range attack of his own, his arrows. And last but not least his sword spin is very useful to keep someone at bay, especially if you're in some kind of corridor. He is also quite fast and not too heavy, and his smash attacks, while not extremely powerful, aren't too weak. However, his true strength only shows in three- or four-player matches; in duels his few weaknesses - he's very vulnerable to attacks while flying, he lacks a strong finishing move and his Super Smash becomes predictable - weaken him a little. However, on the right stage he's nearly unbeatable even then - on a self-made stage called Plains And Gaps (basically a lot of plains that stretch from one side of the map to the other; IIRC, there are 2 made of ice at the bottom, one solid above it and two solid but incomplete at the top), I have a 95% success rate against my friend, while it is only about 25% normally (in duels, that is).
Toon Link is basically Link, but faster and less heavy. Duh.
