not only does it look like windows 7 with a different number on the background, but if the url's to be believed, that's from July 2009? And, professional edition's'?

though even if that's the case I don't see a whole lot to get pumped about yet from that screenshot, basically just looks like W7.

What software did person in question use to edit the image of win 7? He/she sure added in an extra 's'.

I'm a bit concerned. I have noticed a pattern
ME = horrible
XP = likes it
Vista = irritating
Windows 7 = decent
If 8 follows the pattern...
