Conan Best Collection DVD Set Question

  I got this a while back (not from the linked websight, (not from the linked websight $90 is such a rip  ) and while watching realized that a around 15+ episodes are left out.  Those 15+ also just happened to be all the important BO story line episodes >_>.  Anyone know if this is common with Conan dvd sets?

Common with bootlegs, yes.  And by that I mean a complete and total ripoff.

Kinda what I figured, oh well although the subs are terrible they are still readable.  I think I only paid like $20, although it could have spent on somthing more productive I guess it still got me lots of anime only episodes to watch when I get sick XD.

I bought 26 episodes of funimations release of detective conan for the same price and they are dubbed and have great subs.

The think I got was a little over 60 episodes.  You get what you pay for I guess.  Unless you get it from DCTP then it's a real bargain  .

Somewhere in these forums I've posted the hksubs that I got from that set.  I only posted AO episodes. (As I thought those least likely to PsOf DCTP)

The subs are absolutely crap.  One episode that I went through and tried to correct translates zashiki warashi, which is a spirit that haunts old large homes, as 'Mouse'.
