Um, excuse me Ginrei, but did you just say
Spoiler:
appease her?
Also, my new icon is love. <3 I'm wondering when I should see the movie again, though. I think it's one of those movies you have to see twice to get everything in.

I was wondering who that guy was. Not actually having read the comics, I didn't know who he was. I thought it was Red Skull.

And sure, why not her?

Spoiler:
Thanos is a dude. Death is a her. I think that's what GinRei said.

Although I dunno, maybe Thanos is a her. I dunno what species Thanos is or how to tell the males and females apart.

Spoiler:
Thanos is a male Titan, though he's kind of a mutant of his species in that he's genetically evil.  Death is this chick.  She's basically the Grim Reaper.

Spoiler:

...No wonder he has such an epic hard-on for her.

Seriously, though, genetically evil? Oooft. Is Death herself a malicious Reaper, or more of a celestial paper-pusher?

Spoiler:
Celestial paper pusher.  In fact, the only reason Thanos didn't kill the entire Universe is because she told him to knock it the hell off because he was just making more work for her.  As for his evil gene, think of it like being part demonic.

Spoiler:
I can't help but think though that he's going to be the villain for Thor 2. I mean, didn't Thanos right-hand man (WHOSE TEETH OH MY GOSH THOSE TEETH SCARE THE FRIGGIN' HELL OUTTA ME.) say to Loki that if he didn't take over Earth something bad will happen to him? And there are rumors going around that Loki and Thor will be fighting on the same side again in Thor 2...
I could just be over-thinking it, though. XD

@ginrei: Huh. Kinda reminds me of Phibrizzo trying to appease Lod of Nightmares in Slayers Next. XD

Spoiler:
I loved the second after-credits scene for just trolling people who stayed that long xd

thanos popping up was pretty sweet, though. Right when he turned his head a dude in front of me just shouted "YES!" and started clapping/fist pumping.

and it's good to see that the dude's death was faked after all, I got that vibe from the movie but I wasn't sure if that was just me being crazy or what  :-X

and what was it that the Hulk said after slamming Loki around? I couldn't hear it over the entire audience exploding :V read the first post, which answered that :P

although, I highly doubt "reverse the polarity" was meant as a Dr Who reference at all, polarity reversing is mentioned all the time when a character needs to sound smart.

Spoiler:
it was about 30 seconds of the Avengers just sitting in a fast food joint eating food. They don't even say anything :P

edit: I totally just realized, it was the shwarma place Tony was talking about. I guess I'm slow on the uptake  :-X

Spoiler:
Apparently, Loki is going to have to "face what he's done" in Thor 2. Him getting some redemption by fighting with Thor against Thanos would be really sweet. I genuinely do want to see Loki redeemed and for he and Thor to patch up. I just hope it isn't Redemption Equals Death.
